To start, simply share your techpack, design reference, or sample image through our Quote Form or email. Our production team reviews your design and fabric requirements, then provides a quotation and estimated timeline. Once the quote is approved, we create a sample for your approval before bulk production begins.

2. How long does it take to get a sample?

Our sampling process ensures that you’re fully satisfied before mass production.

• Standard sample lead time: 7–14 working days, depending on fabric availability.

• You can customize fabrics, colors, stitching styles, and trims.
  Once approved, we move your order into full-scale production.

3. What are your order and payment terms?

We work with both startups and established brands.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 pcs per design.

• Payment: 50% advance to begin production, 50% balance before shipment.
  We accept secure payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Western Union.

We offer complete OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) solutions.

• OEM: You send your design or techpack — we handle everything from pattern making to delivery.

• ODM: You can choose from our ready-to-brand designs and customize labels, colors, and packaging.

4. How does the customization process work?

We deliver globally via trusted shipping partners like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

• Production lead time: 3–6 weeks (after sample approval).

• Shipping time: 4–7 working days depending on the destination.
  We ensure all parcels are securely packed and trackable until delivery.

5. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
