How to Process:
Naswear offers industry leading Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Minimum orders vary per design, and can be as low as 50 units for Casual Wear (design dependent). We support both large and small brands and our infrastructure allows us to offer a full manufacturing solution from prototype development to full scale production.
We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to full scale production. Because the majority of the items we produce are made completely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. At this stage you can make minor design amendments to ensure your final products are exactly as you want them.
We’re always happy to arrange a meeting to discuss an order. We would always ask that prospective clients send designs prior to booking a meeting, so that we can gather an understanding of your project and whether it is something we would be able to assist with. Please note that all of our meetings are by appointment only.
Fabrics are sourced based upon the requirements of the customer, we often weave custom fabrics to suit the application. If required we can source branded or imported fabrics such as Supima, and we can also produce organic, sustainable and recycled fabrics upon request.
Lead times vary with workload and with design complexity, however for bulk production lead times are around 4-6 weeks from confirmation of sample. However, we understand some clients have time constraints which we will always endeavor to meet. Often, lead times are shorter than those quoted above. If you would like clarification on lead times for your items please do get in touch.
A “unit” is one single garment. Therefore our MOQ of 50 units per design and per colour is referring to 50 single garments to make up a batch. A “unit” may also be called a “piece” or given as the abbreviation “pcs” when referring to multiple units.
Professionally drawn designs are helpful for us to gather an understanding of the clothing you’d like to have produced, however we understand that as a small brand or a start up you may not have these in place. In that case, you’re free to send us mood boards or inspiration images, along with some descriptions of the items you would like to produce. We will then be able to gain an idea of the garments you’d like to have made and will ask any further questions if we need to. It’s useful to provide as much information as possible, such as any brand logos or artwork you’d like to have printed or embroidered to your clothing.
To get started on a quote all you need to do is get in touch using the email address at the top of our website, the contact form on our contact page, or by giving us a call on (+92)3230618667. We’ll need to know a little about the garments you’d like to produce so any information you can provide about the colours, designs, and quantities would be beneficial.
Order & Payment Method
The length of time it takes for you to receive your samples and prototypes depend entirely on your requirements. With that being said however, we aim to produce a pre production prototype within 2-4 weeks of order placement. We will always endeavor to meet any timescales you may have, and will discuss this with you throughout the design process.
As with all bulk manufacture we offer economies of scale, allowing you an extremely attractive profit margin when retailing or distributing. To find out more about how the unit price changes as quantity is increased please get in touch for a quotation.
No, only your branding would be on the garments and labels.
We accept payment via bank transfer. Payment information can be found on your invoice.
